FAQ

How is your clothing produced?

All of our clothing is made to order and produced exclusively from organic Indian cotton, the entire production process is controlled and certified in accordance with the latest version of Global Organic Standard (GOTS) and as such are labelled as Organic. The manufacturing facilities are powered by green renewable energy, from low-impact raw materials, meaning that the carbon footprint of our clothing has been reduced by 90% (these calculations have been certified under the PAS2050). The production process of our clothing undergoes annual audits to comply with the FWF Code of Labour Practices in accordance with the International Labour Organisation's conventions.

How is your clothing shipped?

All of our clothing is individually made to order in the UK and dispatched within 3-5 working days, it is then shipped directly to you via the following methods:

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail Standard Shipping (tracked / 1-3 working days)
  • Europe: Royal Mail (untracked / 3-5 working days)
  • International: Royal Mail (untracked / 7-10 working days)

 What is your return policy?

Unfortunately as all of our clothing is individually made to order, we do not offer returns. However if our clothing is damaged when it arrives then simply send us a picture of the damage and we will get a replacement sent out to you immediately at no extra cost.

Can your clothing go in the washing machine?

All of our garments comply with the general performance standards in the clothing retail industry. Some shrinkage and twisting may occur after washing but will stay within the acceptable limits for dimensional stability performance. To minimise shrinking and twisting, it is recommended that the wash temperature does not exceed 40C in a standard or delicate washing cycle, and the garments are reshaped before drying on a line or flat.Hot washes and tumble drying is likely to affect dimensional stability of the garments and may also cause fading of colour. For the sake of protecting the environment, we say: wash at 30C or below, do not tumble dry, line dry and only iron when necessary.

Do you have a more specific sizing guide for your hoodies?

Yes! (see below)

How much is donated and who does it go to?

All of our clothing designs are paired with a particular wildlife conservation project that is on the Wildweb network. When viewing your chosen item of clothing, you will see all the details of the paired project and the work they are doing that your donation will go towards. We donate 10% of all profits to these projects, this in addition to the volunteers and donations we locate for them via our volunteering network.

Will there be more products?

Yes! This is a completely new iniatives of ours, so we wanted to get started with only a few different clothing items. However we have many fantastic designs and even more wonderful projects to pair them with - so watch this space as we grow.

What projects do you work with?

We work with over 100 projects from all over the world and you can find the details of these projects on our network. If you know of any wildlife projects that need support, please let us know and we would happily include them in our network so that we can provide them with support.
